I had an appointment set for 12/3 at 1pm and when I got to the office I was told an appointment was never made. They also made me stand outside in cold and wouldn’t let me come in to speak to someone. Very unprofessional and unfair that I took time off from work to come here

Horrible. Find someone else to do it!!! I called in as a new customer to make an appointment for a toothache. I was so impressed because I got an appointment for the same week. I gave them my insurance information and then I show up for my 4pm appointment at 345pm and the doors are locked. The sign on the door says "closes at 6pm". No one answered the bell or the phone. Don’t ever go here, the front desk staff is so unprofessional especially Rose, I have reported them to the inspectors office, because I believe they are doing a lot of illegal billing to the state insurance and your private insurance. This place is the worst dental office in Bridgeport so be very careful.

I have been going here for years providers are usually great but the office a bit disorganized these days. I was scheduled for an appointment on a Saturday morning . I went in for my appointment and no one was at the office. I tried calling no one picked up I waited for a while before leaving . I even checked my text messages to make sure and they did send me a reminder for this date and time . No one called to cancel . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Been going here a little while now and it’s went down hill. First, their phone wasn’t working for months, then after finally getting an appointment scheduled they cancelled the day before 3 times in a row. 3 different months, 3 different times, 3 different cancellations for the same reason. How unethical and unprofessional of them. And that front desk lady, the worst 100/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, please don’t waste your time.
