The owner of this business Jason Cassidy is not to be trusted. He took all the home builder's money and did not pay suppliers, subcontractors or even his own staff. If you go to the office now you will see all the notes for certified letters attempting to be delivered to an eviction notice for not paying rent. He is now somewhere in hiding. Bridgeport Custom Homes will no longer be building homes. So don't waste your time researching them and don't give them any of your money.
We reached out to Bridgeport Custom homes last fall and began our journey to build or dream home. I could sum up their business in a few words. Engaged, Detailed, Quality, Custom and Service oriented. It was an amazing experience for our family. Great company to work with and good people.
My wife and I had the best building experience imaginable with Bridgeport. Easy to work with, fair, and honest, I would recommend Bridgeport to anyone looking to build a custom home in Northeast Ohio. My project manager, Ray, was on my job everyday. He communicated with me daily, including weekends, and went over and beyond to meet my quality expectations. Jason priced the job fairly and did not hit us with any hidden fees, or unexpected charges along the build process. I would give them a 10 star review if i was allowed!
