Very disappointed with my experience at this medical office. The staff seemed disorganized, communication was poor. I waited far longer than expected only to receive very little actual help or explanation regarding my concerns. It honestly felt like patients were being treated like numbers instead of people. Professionalism and bedside manner could definitely be improved. I would not personally recommend this office based on my experience.
Dr. Nasri seemed quite disengaged during my appointment today. He asked me questions about my school years and childhood and then briefly explained my symptoms before ending the session. I left the appointment without any clear understanding of whether I have ADHD or how severe it might be.
