Everybody reviews every unit here, this is the actual whole building, not the units you are reviewing. Everything is ok, the elevator could use some work, the mail room, and so can the trash room which hasn’t been touched in probably 10-15 years.

There should be a 1/2 star rating. The building exterior looks untouched since last hurricane. The noise level is terrible. The unit that I stayed in (building A) had furniture that looked like a Salvation Army donation. Everything fom the blinds to the flooring, to the refrigerator were bargain grade. I literally booked a flight home 5 mins after walking into the unit. DONT DO IT!

unit 215 pro: walking distance to restayrants zns beach cons; place was dirty, pots were old, dishes had chips, paint chips on walls throughout sofa old needs to be replaced kitchen table needs to be replaced chipping wood from table and chairs owners had numerous bins placed in closets restricting space to hang yr clothes offered beach chairs, that were terribly uncomfortable you should never have to clean a place that you rent be careful when renting properties run by management companys, it seems the rentals are never ins... read more
