I called at Noon on Thursday October 12 and the answering machine kept saying it was closed I need to make a appointment this is ridiculous
Dr I had very rude told her about my symptoms and things involving my heart n said it was anxiety in now seeing a cardiologist
The bloodwork nurse was so rude! she yelled at me to stop distracting myself when she was sticking the needle in. i was trying not to psych myself out. she then says other rude remarks. most staff is great and the dentistry staff are really good but some people think they can act however they want.
Location is convenient. Dental staff were great to my kids. They were amazing and their teeth looked great! Scheduling staff is a different story. Extremely awful customer service by them. She was rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. I will go to another provider from now on.
