Great experience at Bridgeport collision recently. I was on an ICBC claim. They got me in very quickly. Fixed and washed my car within days. Both Henry and Mackey are professional and patient. All the shop workers are also very nice. Highly recommend this shop.
Had my car repaired at Bridgeport Collision. Never again! Not an ICBC claim. Paid out of pocket for expense. They did a very terrible job! Also Over charged me. Initially asked for $7000 for repair and half way through asked for another $2000. Left me no choice since my vehicle was already there. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very dishonest business practice. Dealt with Manager Mackey. Keeps giving me the run around. Told me he’s out of the office when in fact he was on site! Bridgeport collision does an amazing job everytime. I've been hit 3 times in the last year and a half-vancouver is a special place... And each time they have done great work. There turn around time is super fast, usually available right away and super friendly. They have always been really responsive and easy to communicate with. They even detailed and cleaned the inside of my car, which was a nightmare, thanks guys!
