Tesla ICBC repair beware! Just finished a repair with this company appalled at the accusations after returning their BMW loaner. It was a vehicle driven by my parents for only 2 days, and when I went to assist with the drop off of the lightly damaged vehicle, I inspected the interior and exterior. I took a thorough video of the exterior including wheels and undercarriage, as necessary with all loaners/rentals. Protect yourself. I decided to give this place a chance despite reading some negative reviews, and I’m glad I did. I had a paint job done through an ICBC claim, and the results exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Henry—he was incredibly friendly, professional, and great to deal with.
Great experience at Bridgeport collision recently. I was on an ICBC claim. They got me in very quickly. Fixed and washed my car within days. Both Henry and Mackey are professional and patient. All the shop workers are also very nice. Highly recommend this shop.
