Have brought my dog here since I got her. The ladies up at the front are very helpful and kind! The doctors do a very good job. They did my dogs acl/knee surgery, and she healed wonderfully. Great place to take your fur babies
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I set up an appointment a couple of weeks ago AFTER I sent all the records. An employee weighed our pup upon walking in. Then we were told we didn't have an appointment. Then I was argued with that I had not sent the records or filled out online paperwork. Service was great, everyone was friendly but I get there at 8 am to get my dog fixed and they told me the total would come out to exactly $73. Then the time rolls around to picking her up and they are now telling me it’s coming out to $140, double what they told me. They asked me if I wanted any bloodwork done on her and I specifically ask if it’s going to cost me any more and they told me no. I wouldn’t have agreed to any extra bloodwork to be done if I had known that price. That was ridiculous made me extremely mad.
