Kacie has done such an amazing job to achieve my hair dream goals. When I first came to see her I started out with black box dye on my hair. She was completely transparent about what would happen and she told me she would try her best to get me to where I wanted to be. Today was my second service with her and we achieved my hair dream goals. I 1000% recommend to anyone. She is super nice, easy to work with, and super transparent.

The monarch hair salon is a joke and I will not be returning. The owner, had a new client in her chair and spoke in an unprofessional demeanor about termination of the nail tech renting from her. She was telling her client, that she tried to be the bigger person and that the nail tech disobeyed her salon rules. Just know, when you sit in her chair you may be later talked about with another client. For those renting booth from her, know you are shamed by her too! Was looking for a good salon to go from dark brown (and orange about half way down) to a blonde ombré seen their pictures and decided to give them a try after not being to a salon in almost 10 years for color, and over 5-6 years of trimming my own hair and Lisha took care of me and did AMAZING! Kacie is sooo sweet! Such a beautiful girl and got exactly what I wanted in a great amount of time and price for what I asked for (considering it was 3 colors) absolutely recommend and love!
