The customer service at this place is atrocious. Not only the rude front desk girl, but having to wait over an hour JUST to pay my bill? At least the other front desk girl was helpful and apologetic. It's the third month paying the bill has been a nightmare.
I've never had a smoother experience renewing my license plates. All the staff is super professional and courteous, not to mention prompt and effective. They explained perfectly well since the very beginning the requisites and even helped me identify a few documents I was having trouble finding. My experience was top tier and I will be looking to come here for this service from now on.
Refused my registration and handicap license plate change even though I had my doctor's paperwork and everything was signed. Go to the DMV where there is less incompetence.
States on internet that the location is open. It's Saturday 1130a.m. 20JUL2024. This location is closed. Hours of operation need to be updated on your website. Time and fuel is being wasted to come to your location. System is always down!
