I've visited a friend's mother at BridgePoint At Los Altos over a year's time and it reminds me of a 4 Star Hotel with the personal services of a Five Star establishment. The staff are polite and caring. The food and waiters are exceptional. The residences are quite nice with the feeling of a large 1 bedroom apartment. Very user friendly.
