THERES A REASON WHY THEY HAVE LEASING SPECIALS AND OFFER $1000 CREDIT TO RESIDENTS FOR REFERRALS!! THEY CANT GET UNITS LEASED!! This place is nothing but a scam and a money grab. terrible place to live. huge mouse infestation.
BIG PEST PROBLEM !!! We have a mouse infestation and has NOT been fixed! Mice have been creating holes in my apartment since DECEMBER of 2024!
When I stop by the office at Bridgepoint, Patricia, Ms. K, Harold, and Lonnie always welcome me with a smile. The office is peaceful, the pool is sparkling blue, and you do not find trash or pet waste when taking walks. I love calling this my home. Plus, when you refer a friend, family, or co-worker; you will be receiving $1k referral bonus.
