We bought a new home from this builder and reported cracking in the garage floor and driveway during our 90-day walkthrough on 11/11/2025. We reported it again on 4/6/2026 after the cracks became more noticeable. We also found that other same-floor-plan homes nearby had a control joint in the garage slab where ours did not. The builder’s final position was that they would not replace the concrete and only offered crack filler, which we declined. Based on our experience, we would not recommend buying from this builder.
