I was due to take a test drive for a car i was interested in and booked for. On the day of the test drive, I had a phone call to say they couldn't get the car down from Swansea. Im now looking at spending cash purchase elsewhere.

I was struggling to get my car connected to Apple CarPlay and Jacob patiently tried to help solve the problem. Although unable to resolve at the centre his advice to upgrade the data on my phone resulted in instant connection this morning! Thanks Jacob will be happier doing my 300 mile drive now!
Great showroom with excellent staff and top-notch service. A special thanks to Mandy from the reception team who went above and beyond by staying back after closing hours i was late to pick up my car due to traffic and despite the showroom closing at 6 PM, Mandy waited patiently and ensured everything was handed over smoothly following a software update. Really appreciated the professionalism and customer care – makes all the difference. Highly recommend Bridgend Audi!
