Great showroom with excellent staff and top-notch service. A special thanks to Mandy from the reception team who went above and beyond by staying back after closing hours i was late to pick up my car due to traffic and despite the showroom closing at 6 PM, Mandy waited patiently and ensured everything was handed over smoothly following a software update. Really appreciated the professionalism and customer care – makes all the difference. Highly recommend Bridgend Audi!

Had my car damaged at this dealership 2-3 years ago, they did resolve it, but I wasn’t very happy with the customer service. Only kept returning for convenience as they are close to me. Jacob in servicing has handled many of my bookings since then, every time he’s been absolutely fantastic. Keeping me updated along the way, offering great advice and customer service.
