The Payment Portal on their home page accepts payments, does not post the payment on the patent account. Then they send Senior Citizens to collections for a less than $200, when the patient is trying to make payments. I have found the office staff less than accommodating when trying to pay off the account.

Alden is incompetent. Unable to obtain medical records for an appointment made three weeks out. Asked if I could obtain them two days before appointment or I would be canceled and moved to a later date. Then recieved a call from another staff member reminding me of my appointment--the one Alden canceled. Is Dr. Reimann aware of staffing issues and complaints? I can not give a review on Dr. Reimann's expertise because I have not been able to get an appointment.

I had a very bad experience with this office . Dr Riemann kept telling me to relax my hand and commented that I must have a difficult time relaxing . She said this as she tasered my hand and arm and stuck needles in it for a EMG. I was told by the staff that the results would be at my orthopedist that evening or early the next morning. I went for my orthopedics appointment the next day and results had not been sent. They called for the results and received a phone message. So, I drove to their office and asked for the result... read more

I saw Mary Bedingfield in March 2020 when I began experiencing numbness in my toes. She and Dr. Reimann were both courteous and helpful. Communicating with the office via phone and the patient portal, however, has been very frustrating at times. THE GOOD: Nothing showed up with initial testing, and we took a wait and see approach. When the numbness increased about 6 weeks later, Mary did a skin biopsy and I was accurately diagnosed with Small Fiber Neuropathy. From what I've read, this is often missed and it can take years... read more

My husband is an established patient at this practice his doctor however left this practice. He saw the assistant in November . Has been trying to get appt with Dr Riemann not the assistant for two weeks. I myself called and requested an appt for him they said I would have to speak to the nurse , I left a message for the nurse and he never received a call back. He instead got a thing on his phone to set up a portal for which he does not do. He then himself called and left a message to get an appt and no one ever returned his... read more
