Beautiful neighborhood — deeply disappointing HOA experience. This community looks idyllic, but our experience with the HOA has been frustrating and, at times, disheartening. We’ve asked repeatedly for documentation around fees we were charged, and instead of answers, we were misdirected and ignored. Their legal team delayed communication for months, and by the time we heard back, legal fees had increased, fees we believe could have been avoided with transparency. BridgeMill is a wonderful community with opportunities for everyone; there is a mandatory separation between the Private Athletic Golf Club and the homeowner association "HOA". BridgeMill HOA does not & should not ever - require Homeowners to join the separately owned and managed Private Athletic Golf Club for pool, athletic center, tennis or golf. However the past president made deals that now allow residents use of the park.
8/31/23 Update it’s been almost a year that I’ve been asking HOA to enforce covenant on commercial vehicles and the commercial van pictured below, is still sitting there and there’s still a car parked out in front on the street as well. They don't enforce parking covenants! Commercial vehicles. Parking on lawns. Street Parking. Lots of rental that are not kept up. Not the same neighborhood it used to be. They are more worried about concerts than taking care of the basics. They censor BM residents from posting on Next Door an... read more
