Brought my son’s little Mango to get his kitty cold and ear mites taken care of and everyone was super helpful and generous! Will be coming back here again
I would give zero stars, or minus stars if that were an option. I was a new client, first time there this morning...the receptionist was the only positive one at that office. The vet tech & Dr. were dismissive, cold & frankly quite rude. I've been doing kitty rescue for 30 years, have a ton of experience with cats, their health & well being, have been to numerous vets in the area & haven't been treated this poorly ever. Will not be going back, would not ever recommend.
I have mixed reviews. My biggest issue is feeling rushed and them evaluating my cat in the back instead of in front of me. It just doesn’t feel client-centered. I have gone to a different vet for 18 years now with my other cat, and this vet evaluates my cats in front of me—they may even stay talking for 20 minutes. Bridgemill doesn’t do this. I had concerns for my cat and came to an appt for bloodwork. They took my cat to the back, brought him back, and I asked if they had checked my concerns. They said no. I mean… yeah I ma... read more
