Dr Guo and her nursing team have been excellent in working with my dad and providing recommendations. Dr Guo is extremely patient and spends the time needed with patients. I have been very impressed and highly recommend her.

Oh, dearie me, I must say, my experience at the Bridgeland Seniors Health Centre has left me quite distraught. Dr. Caroline O'Shaughnessy's blatant disregard for the well-being of her patients is nothing short of heartbreaking, especially for an old woman like me who values kindness, care, and empathy above all else. This place is one you'd be wise to avoid at all costs when it comes to entrusting the health and well-being of your beloved elderly family members like me. Great place to find resources for seniors, caregiver's support and dementia testing. I really feel that the people care and strive to help our most vulnerable members in society.
Zero star rating for this place. Absolutely horrendous experience 😢 Dr Caroline O'Shaughnessy is by far the least empathetic Dr i have ever dealt with. She has zero compassion for her patients. I am a nurse and coming from a Healthcare background I can say this place is poorly run and not a place you would want to trust taking your loved ones. Stay away from this place and this Dr! Absolutely nasty to deal with!
