I had a great experience here, didn't have to wait long as a walk-in patient. Dr. Das was helpful and professional and the receptionist was a sweet lady. The clinic is really clean and looks new inside. Too bad they aren't accepting patients for family doctor at the moment but I will come back in the future if I needed.
Terrible. I called ahead to ask if I could get help with a family doctor to fill out my disability tax credit form for my AISH AS I am disabled. The woman on the phone told me to come in before 1pm to see a family doctor I showed up at 11 waited till 12 then was told that they couldn't help me because they deal with addiction. Complete waste of my time.
It was my first vist. The wait wasn't too long and the facility was clean. My issue was addressed.
Awful! Dr. Das (senior) refuses provide support for mental health/disabilities and has consistently dismissed my medical needs/requests (on this matter) stating that specialists have more and bigger problems to dial with than me. On top of it all, try getting a thought across! You deserve an award if you manage to. This doctor will interrupt and speak over no matter how important it is what you have to say. How can you help someone if you do not want to listen to them. Recommend anyone to find a different doctor.
One of the worst clinics I’ve had the displeasure of visiting. It takes a horrendous amount of time to see a doctor and the front staff are simply rude. In particular, Dr. Jiban Das has absolutely no bedside manner, repeatedly interrupts his patients mid sentence and speaks over them, and any time he is asked to repeat himself he does so with an angry and unprofessional tone. Avoid this clinic. Period.
