Process was so simple. Working with Andrew and Kenny from Bridgehaven was great! They were very informative and knowledgeable through the whole process. Providing an offer, getting contract over to working with their preferred escrow partner exceeded expectations. I wanted a quick simple process and that is exactly what I got. Highly recommend.
Tim Peters was my contact person with Bridgehaven homes. He was both professional and personable. He was very forthright regarding the pricing and thoroughly explained the process. My situation was that I was looking for a quick sale for an inherited property. Although I ended up taking another offer, the manner in which Tim provided his professional guidance, actually made the decision difficult!
