This is a fantastic place for your pets. The people are professional and caring. My dog spends a good amount of time there when I am out of town and she loves it. She always comes back happy and perfectly clean. I would recommend the Bridge Creek Kennel to anyone who asks.
I would never recommend this facility to anyone. There is no regard or concern for the animals. My dog was butchered by their groomer and we received no apology but rather they turned their mistake against us "I guess we cant make you happy so take your business elsewhwer". We have photos to document the incident along with their own invoice that stated TRIM see notes - the notes they said they lost.
