I’ve always had an excellent experience with Bridgecom. But unfortunately I had an RMA generated for radio issues, and when the radio was returned to me it was sent to an incorrect address. I had multiple emails and phone calls addressing this issue, with confirmation from bridgecom before it was even mailed out. Unsure how it was still sent to the wrong address. Hi Reid! We took responsibility for initially shipping your radio to the wrong address. When we realized this mistake, we contacted USPS to intercept the package and paid to have it re-routed to your correct address. USPS then made a mistake shipping your package. We offered to pay for the shipping label to correct the mistake made by USPS, not us. You requested that we then pay for an expedited shipping label at that point, and we declined that request.
