Had a problem with my skybridge hotspot and Jeremiah called me and right away knew what the problem was, he fixed the hotspot and update my 878uv radio and made sure that all the issues was fixed, then he took the time to walk me through the software on how to fix the issue if it ever happens again. And to my surprise Ron the owner of the company called me to make sure my radio and hotspot was working and that I had no other issues. I give this company a 5 star rating on service and support
Terrible service. No one answers the phone it goes to voicemail. Bought a DT578 from them. Out of the box it failed. Opened a ticket after confirming problem with fellow ham and his laptop. I am told I have to pay to ship it back to repair it. Or to return it pay shipping and lose $100 via a consumer hating 25% restocking fee. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS
The customer support is not existent. I have called numerous times and no one has ever answered. I have left message and haven’t got a response. The videos on the university are outdated and incorrect. To return a radio requires a 25% restock fee.
Order our repeater November 16. We received our repeater less than a week later excellent shipping. Excellent sales support. The gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable. All I had to do was plug the repeater in and it was good to go pre-programmed with no issues. MMDVM worked flawlessly out of the box. Thank you bridgeCom keep the good work up. ( repeater BCR 40DU(400-479MHz) with bdc-440 duplexes.)
I have purchased two radios the first one was a 868 which they claimed did aprs and when I sent it in I was told oh the radio was to old and could not. so i was talked into buying another radio 878. Upon trying to program this radio. I was getting tx freq errors come to find out that the freq range is only and does not cover public safety as advertised. 420 - 450 mhz 144 -148 mhz not the freq range stated on the website of 136-174 / 400-480
They have the best customer support and service. They have all the trianing you need to get started. Thank you for being the best.

Pretty much the worst experience I ever had dealing with a company and my purchases. After spending $30 for overnight delivery which never happened - and getting emails that my purchase will soon ship on the day that it was due to have already arrived - now they refuse to take back a defective $200.00 item. Woe to you who do not heed this warning. Buy your radio via another vendor and save yourself a lot of grief.
I have purchased 2 radios, Bridgecom Model 78UVproII and the 878 Handheld. I really like them very much. The only only thing I wish could happen is that their programming software allow imports from the Repeater Book or RFinder. Would really speed up the programming process. Otherwise they are well made and very high quality radios.
