I’d stay far away from this company or Dave shoal he will give u a deal for a year then refuse to renew you so he can buy your house from you. He’s not a good business man, a big crook ask around about him

Do not do business with these guys. They will rip you off and not even care. They have an established reputation for doing this to many people. I purchased a property from them and had a signed/complete deal. They completely ignored the contract a dared me to sue them, then later asked for more money to release the house. They even threaten the home inspector when he arrived to inspect the property. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with these guys.

Extremely bad customer service and extremely bad when it comes to negotiating. we had a closing for the end of August where I bought a property from them. where the sellers had tenants and they didn't even let me send my people to check the house, have an appraisal of the property. First they were pressuring me to advance the closing and then asking me for 1 month extension to do the closing. They never paid me the Fee costs for them not fulfilling their contract.
