I have found them to be very unresponsive to emails (for example an email I sent in Dec 2024 was not responded to until April 2025). Will push off doing the tax documents until the last minute and then expect you to drop everything you're doing to get them additional information and sign (poor planning on your part should not mean a crisis on mine).
