My child is currently receiving services through the Bridge Youth, they have been great, the individual that my son has been paried with is great with my child is patient, kind and flexible. This is a great organization!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would…I initially called in December to inquire about therapy for my son. A month later, I received a call stating they would inform me of any availability in 2 weeks. I never received that call. It's unprofessional to make someone wait and then not even follow through. Around May, they have finally called, and my son had a session. he met the therapist, but she wasn't helpful at all. She showed no care or interest, and frankly, it felt like no one at this place cared about my son or any... read more
Good services for the most part, but the turn over rate of interns is exceptionally high. NFP mental health services are few and far between so I'll keep my complaints to just that one.
