Jackie was very involved with my daughter, very open to listen and give insight. With her skills she was able to break barriers, not only with the situation at hand, but with the whole family. I am, as well as my daughter are happy to continue to work with her
Wish I read more reviews before we tried this place out. Do not waste your time, they will do it for you. The counselor we were given acted like a child, spoke like a child and played Minecraft as therapy. Blew off sessions, no set times, missed zooms and said she didnt get notification. Arnicci was not a good therapist at all. Government run and it shows in their people. No one cares, they dont offer guidance or help in any way. My child is currently receiving services through the Bridge Youth, they have been great, the individual that my son has been paried with is great with my child is patient, kind and flexible. This is a great organization!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would…I initially called in December to inquire about therapy for my son. A month later, I received a call stating they would inform me of any availability in 2 weeks. I never received that call. It's unprofessional to make someone wait and then not even follow through. Around May, they have finally called, and my son had a session. he met the therapist, but she wasn't helpful at all.
