My dad is currently in this facility for 2 days and I have never been more disappointed. We chose it based on photos that was sent to me by Jennifer. These pictures did not represent the actual facility in which he should stay for rehab it looked like a 5 star suite, and too good to be true, which should’ve been my first sign. I visited my father after work and everyone was in the room lights off by 6pm. I am looking to transfer or discharge him IMMEDIATELY from this facility. This place is HORRIBLE. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to leave their family members here. The building is old and dirty. The energy you feel when you walk in the building is sad. No one that’s in the higher offices care about the residents they only care about the money that your family members bring in. You can tell that the staff is poorly treated as well. I have a loved one there and they’re so happy with their experience. The staff is great all around, the kindest people ever from the nurses to the receptionists. My experience has been nothing but the best.

I had a family member taking here a couple of years back and they were treated with the highest care I really love the establishment
