Dangerous black mold, in the bathroom, no plates or cutlery. I am disgusted in this property. It needs to be shut down. No hot water BAN THIS PROPERTY NOW! Its a discrace. No property in Victoria would accept this
The room conditions were extremely unsatisfactory during our stay. The basin was very old and unclean, and the room itself had an unpleasant odor. Towels provided were stained and contained hair, which was unacceptable. Despite booking for one night, we were unable to tolerate the poor standards for more than two hours and decided to check out early."
The room was so filthy and dusty that I had an asthma attack. I haven’t had asthma in over ten years! Whatever you do, don’t move the curtains. That was what set me off. I don’t mind a basic motel, so long as it’s clean.
