I have been with this practice for years but now it has got to the point where everything to do with this practice is a chore,from trying to get an appointment,waiting ages for a repeat prescription to be signed off even when they have told you it has and it hasn't.and when you ring to say you are needing your meds they have the nerve to ask "do you not have any spares?"shocking!also results,waiting for blood test results 2 or 3 weeks is bad enough but to wait 4years before you are told there is something wrong with your res... read more

Quick appointment. Seen at time of the appointment and GP was lovely. Cannot fault.

Terrible experience. In order to make an appointment, I called at 8 o'clock on time. They said there were 30 people waiting, so it was not a problem. I waited very patiently, but after the 9th person in front of me,the phone otherside hung up automatically. Well, I thought maybe I hung up by accident. I called again and waited in line again.
