The best place to be in. My car got killed by kangaroo and rob managed to sourced another car. Quote , demo and drink all in one. Dev like the parado he said he can see from his side and is wide. Fingers crossed everything settles
Excellent service, we are travelling on a bit of a tight time frame after a previous issue, but these guys literally worked overtime to get us back on the road as quickly as possible.
Disappointing, I have an early 2024 300 series landcruiser. There's a known issue with squeaky breaks, it has been fixed in later models and i know four other owners that have had the issue fixed at different service centres. I asked them to look at it while my car was getting service they told me when I picked it up toyota don't have a solution yet. I have since contact other toyota services centres and found out thats a complete lie. Very disappointing you buy a toyota you expect better.
Great service that was completed on time. Very impressed with Zac who oversaw an oil leak from one of the shock absorbers and then took the time on check out, to explain with a photo that it was an insignificant issue.
I had a great experience with your mechanical staff—excellent service. However, I noticed the receptionist was a bit unwelcoming, I think improving this would make the customer experience even better.
