Frustrating. They won't believe their customers. Their "diagnostics" take forever. "Your car is being worked on" when you can clearly see it's not. No urgency - it's their way or nothing.
Just don't bother. Hopeless sales service ( finance woman was wonderful) 2025. Everything else, totally dreadful. Not surprised it's got such a horrendous reputation amongst other locals.
Honestly, wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I took my car there to get the actual issue fixed, but instead I got poor communication, careless work, and more problems after the car had been with them. The main problem wasn’t properly sorted, and it felt like they just brushed it off instead of taking responsibility. The way customers are treated here is not good enough. Very nice when selling the car but very careless and aloof when settling the loan. Toyota insurance kept me charging for months even though I disposed of the vehicle and settled all finances with Toyota. As I am writing this review they are still charging me for that. Asking me stupid questions to provide sale receipt etc. Not sure why don’t they talk to their own loan/settlement team to get whatever paperwork they need. Very disappointing!
