Fantastic service here in Darwin!! Couldn’t fault it at all. The staff were so incredibly friendly and communication was great. They really have it together there in the mornings when you drop the car in! 100/10 service, would give more stars if possible. Very quick and efficient. Thank you so much to all of the team, all staff were amazing, also thanks for the choccies they were yum!
Very disappointing experience with the Parts Department at Toyota Darwin. I placed an order for an ECU for a Toyota Prado headlight over four weeks ago. At the time of ordering, I was advised that the part would arrive within two weeks. Unfortunately, it has now been more than four weeks, and there is still no sign of the part or any clear update on when it will arrive. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication. 100.000km service; booked in 9-15 hours. Got a phone call the dpf injectors needed cleaning, sorry we are in a hurry I prefer the car picked up at 3pm. We will clean the injectors in the next service. Was ready after 4pm, injectors cleaned, car not washed, floor mats taken out because of safety (just rubber mats) tyre rotation not done because they found it not necessary (I asked for it) interior filter needed to be replaced, they didn’t do this, probably no time to call me.
