Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked for my cruise control to be looked into as a part of the service. The service happened and they didn’t look into my cruise control. I had to come in another day to get my brake pads replaced and brought it up again. They looked into it and charged me $88 just for looking into it without anyone tell me there’s a fee just for diagnosis (just to tell me I need to get it replaced). Lloyd is the best! After months of being given the run around by 2 NSW Spare Parts places, Lloyd was the only one who took the time to help me and advise what the right part was that I needed for my 2017 Hilux Bullbar. Thanks Lloyd!
