Graeme, Ben and the team at bridge Toyota were absolutely fantastic and really streamlined the process of owning a new vehicle. During the process, Graeme took the time to build rapport with us, which made the purchase and hand over feel more personal than just another set of customers. Graeme gave us a quality hand over of our new Prado, taking the time to explain all of its functions and abilities, and offering further support after hand over if needed. Overall great experience and excellent customer service!
