Wish things had been handled better than they were. I switched to Dr Nkatta for primary care & Weight loss management, after months of multiple following ups for BP meds, blood work review, weigh in, I asked the office if I could minimize the follow ups and bundle a follow up for primary care with a follow up for weight management, for sake of time & co pay, and I was told that this is the way she conducts her practice...ok...I was due for an appt for BP and a new script for my BP meds, but I had run short on ny medication ... read more
I went to Dr.Bridget Nkatta for her positive reviews and was not let down. She takes her time with her patients and covers everything all in a friendly manner.
Get there on time Doctor cancelled appointment on site for my sick 9yr old because she was on a call what kinda doctor turns away a sick child in their office with an appointment! I will never go there again
Dr Bridget and staff are a breath of fresh air from what most practices lack today. Dr. Bridget spends time with her clients and listens to their needs. Her extensive education and knowledge allows her to explain things to her clients in an understanding way. Bridge to life has become our families go to for all our medical needs .
i have been seeing Dr. Nkatta on and off for several years now. not only is she thorough, she's empathetic and has been incredibly helpful each time i needed her to be. her front desk staff/nurse is wonderful as well. overall she's crafted an environment that's very warm in spirit. i recommend her to everyone, especially women of colour
