We had an appointment today at 10am to have our new tires put on, drove over 30 min one way only to have them be closed when we got there. No call to reschedule appointment or to tell us that they weren't able to keep the appointment today. We then had to scramble to find someone else to put tires on today as we are leaving for a bike trip next week. Completely unacceptable! will not be back!!!!
