We were overpriced, no confirmation sent and they charge us with a walk in rate when in fact we reserved in advance and they charge on next days rate and when we browse their website it’s obviously changing to match the overpriced amount they charge us. Trip.com and other websites shows $170 net of taxes which is obviously lower and yet they charge us $621 for 3 nights and when we complain they’re only willing to refund and charge $175 per night plus taxes ???which is still a clear rip off. Just beware - this property is not pet friendly despite the following being listed on the website: “We accept pets on a case by case basis and charge a $150 pet fee. Be sure to call our office to learn more about our pet policies. We have limited units that are pet friendly.” It turns out the policy is that pets are allowed under no circumstances *unless* they belong to the owners of the property who stay on-site with their dogs sometimes - or at least that is what was relayed to me on the phone after I called to confirm. Such a charming stay in Bigfork! Convenient location, lots of beautiful trees, cozy cottage, thoughtful amenities, helpful staff, clean, high quality. Cannot say enough good things about our experience.
Bridge Street Cottages is at a great location. It's inside a town with lots of restaurants and coffee shops that are walking distance. The cottage is also a 45 minute drive to Glacier National Park West entrance. The inside of the cottage is cute and homey. However, since covid, there are no housekeeping services. So you need to take out the trash and put dirty towels on the porch every morning, which is funny since these cottages are "luxury vacation rentals". Also, Abigail's customer service is non-existent.
