Terrible service. Rude reception. Bad atmosphere. Only here because of work cover. I would never want to come again if possible.
Holy moley this place is an adventure. The receptionist has to be the rudest woman I have ever spoken to in my entire life. The building feels like an old run down meth lab, the xray machine is literally being held up by 4 pieces of rotten timber on the floor. Every piece of equipment looks older then my grandfather but I dont understand how when they keep on making me come back in every 5 days for another appointment on an injury that will take 6 months to repair... scamming busineses with WHS claims.
Horrible receptionist, the lady with the long hair is extremely rude. I wanted to pay with cash and she rudely said don’t accept cash here but there was no signs up an in less then 2 minutes somewhere magical she had change so she lied, clearly didn’t want to do her job. She is absolutely horrible!!
Counter staff was Rude & UnProfessional when handle my booking!! No manners at all !!
Extremely RUDE Receptionist & Extremely UnProfessional, Customer service is below zero !!
