Not impressed! I went to the clinic for a medical recently and didn't feel welcome by the staff at reception. When I called to book, I was on hold for 45 minutes or so; the receptionist picked up the phone and some how they couldn't hear me and hung up. That problem happened two more times. When I finally got through and I could finally talk to the receptionist, I suggested that perhaps their phone had a problem. Terrible experience with reception staff for pre-employment medical. If you are doing pre-cruise medical they DO NOT put your documents into SeaCare I came here for a pre-employment medical and the entire process from booking an appointment through receiving my results was terrible. Firstly, I had zero confirmation of my appointment (no email o text or otherwise) and then when I showed up, was scolded for not having a passport photo printed (via phone she said to bring my passport not a photo). I’m not sure where all of these bad reviews are coming from, but I’ve been coming here for years and the longstanding receptionist is so lovely and hardworking. Maybe if you found her rude, you need to get out more!
Terrible, went for a Pre-Employment medical, arrived early filled out all paperwork ready before appointment time and still had to wait for 1 hour past appointment before was even called in to see anyone.
