I can't get a live person on the phone - just leave a message at their 888 number. No one ever calls me back. One of their facilities in Ohio, The Enclave of Newell Creek, is holding half a month's payment from after my Dad passed September 30, 2025. It's been two months and we can't get a check for that $3500! The management is inept!!!
