This has been the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. If getting my medication were a matter of life or death, I truly believe I wouldn’t be here to write this. The staff showed little to no urgency or interest in resolving the issue, and the tone I was met with was unprofessional and dismissive. Don't pick up the phone when u call for medication I call 2 different day can't get someone hard to talk to
THEY CHARGE 30$ FOR AN 8oz MOTRIN FOR KIDS … I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN IT THIS EXPENSIVE , THATS AN ABUSE …. CVS ONE BLOCK AWAY HAS THE SAME EXACT BOTTLE FOR 16$ … OVER CHARGING LIKE CRAZY , I UNDERSTAND EVERY BUSINESS NEEDS TO MAKE A PROFIT BUT NOT BY RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS… Literally DOUBLE THE PRICE OF ANYWHERE ELSE
They was ok in the beginning for covid times ...but now they are horrible...pure negligence in handling the distribution of prescription drugs...the incompetent people you have to deal with at the register and on their phone line......I need a new pharmacy...this one is not it....
