UNTRUSTWORTHY. UNPROFESSIONAL. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I dropped my dog off to be groomed and even though I know it usually takes most of the day, it was getting late and I called to check up on him around 3:15 and see how much longer it would be. I was told it would probably be about 30 minutes but they would TEXT ME (as they have ALWAYS done) when he was ready. OK great, I headed over there so I would be around when they texted. I love the staff , everyone is so kind and caring. Dr Travis is amazing, she worked with me to help save my kitties life and I don’t know how I would have made it through Luna’s treatment with out her.
