I've being purchasing bikes from Bridge Garage for over 50yrs, ranging from small bikes in my early days, big bikes in middle yrs now in my later yrs back to smaller bikes, like my new Honda Forza 350 l picked up last week, which is my 3rd Forza over the yrs. Matt was so helpful throughout the purchase. And l would like it put on the record that l felt a huge improvement in staff attitude to customers compared to years gone by, keep up the good work guys.

Impressed with the service team whenever I've been in, I just had my honda in to have the fork seals replaced and it came back looking good as new all around

I just want to praise Bridge motorcycles in particular Callum Davy in sales. I wanted to buy a new Triumph Tiger Pro. I received nothing but good service from Callum. He went out of his way to ensure I recieved best of service. I am of course looking for the best deal on the purchase of a new bike. I have reluctantly gone to buy it elsewhere. Poor customer service . As I knew they were no longer selling BSA's I called in advance to book a service to make sure they could still service my Gold Star 650. I was assured that they still had access to the BSA portal and could apply the latest update I specifically requested. After the service I asked to confirm they had done this and was told the exact opposite in that they couldn't apply the update as they don't have access to the Portal.
