I made an appointment here a few years ago, had the appointment confirmed, took an afternoon off of work to go, only to arrive to be told they don't take my insurance. My husband went to one appointment here recently and scheduled a second. He arrived to his second and they told him they dropped his insurance. Professionals who are tasked with helping people who may be in an emotionally vulnerable state should really learn to be more thoughtful in their actions.
I made my first appt 3 weeks ago. If you’re someone who’s dealing with anxiety and depression, you can understand how daunting that is to wait that long to talk to someone but I was desperate. When I made the appt, the receptionist put me on hold for 5 min then the call disconnected. When I called back, she put me on hold again when trying to make an appointment.
