All of the other 1-star reviews are deserving. Not sure how this place stays in business. There is no phone number for the Fremont location. I called the San Ramon office, and the receptionist assured me it's the same phone number for all offices and she can book me an appointment for Fremont.. Had to wait almost a month for an open slot; got an automated reminder call for the wrong date, and the cherry on top is they booked me for the wrong location - San Ramon... Ended up cancelling my appointment.
Dr Said Ibrahimi’s clinic… Im not sure why Fremont and San Ramon clinics are always 3-hr behind for the past 5 yrs. Can’t they do any remedy?. 1 hr wait is acceptable, 2 hr wait is somewhat annoying but 3-4 hr wait will ruin some of your schedules. Each appointment takes only between 5-10min. Asking to refill meds are also terrible too. I don’t think staffs are too busy or maybe pretending to be busy to send prescription to pharmacies right away, not after 1-2 days 😡
Very UNPROFESSIONAL- they don't even have phones in Frenont where they do the test that I needed ! They called me when I was already on my way there to an appointment and cancelled my appointment because they had no technician !! Why would you wait the last minute ? Then there's no appointments until the latter part of July 😡
No stars, terrible. Physician Assistant came to give my neurology results, doctor was in the other room. They refused to a copy of my results but did email to mu PCP.
Are you kidding me? Are you joking? These people are terrible. Make sure you clear your schedule for this appointment cause they will take over an hour after the original appointment time to actually see you. If we get charged $75 for not showing up why dont they have to pay when they waste our time?
