Been at this practice for 13 years now and just want to say from speaking to the receptionists to seeing the doctors or them ringing you back the service and empathy you reiceve from this practise is excellent Credit to each and every one working there.
Dr Arthur is incredibly thorough, talented and empathetic. He always has time for his patients, he is always polite, courteous, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. I can’t thank him and the staff at Bridge for all that they do- they are genuinely so brilliant!
Been at this practice since I was a kid. The old doctors weren’t great at all. But the new ones are amazing and they actually have a lot of empathy for patience. Doctor Arthur is my primary doctor and has always been there for my mental health.
AVOID. No medical staff are ever available and they employ uncaring receptionists. If you work full time jobs, don't expect to be seen by anyone at this practice. Every appointment needed in the last 12 months was taken at other practices or walk in centres. Would be leaving negative stars like many other reviews if we could. Our family will be leaving this practice in search for better health care.
