Once calling for appointment and prescription review I was dealt with very efficiently and politely, very kind and helpful.
Used the NHS app to report my problem. Took about a unite at most. Within a minute the doctor, Dr Rahman phoned me and she gave me an appointment within 20mins. Attended the surgery and got a thorough examination by associate doctor, Josh with full explanation of my symptoms. Prerscribed a medicine which I can collect from pharmacy. Could not ask for more.. excellent service. Better than phoning the surgery Dr Josh was exceptionally polite.
