I'm from out of town Nicole the receptionist was brilliant. The Doctors manner was magic and professional. Thankyou so much I recommend Bridge Medical.
By far the rudest most unhelpful medical receptionist I've ever encountered. No GPs in Gunnedah so veterans with significant mental health issues told to travel a 200km round trip for a script! The receptionist runs the place, no compassion, Dr Huan Doan a lovely and helpful GP spoilt by rude receptionist who doesn't want to to lift a finger and help anyone. We are visitor's to the area and had to use this medical centre. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait past my appointed time and Doctor was easy to talk to and also very helpful. Would definitely recommend this practice. Thank you
