Ok when I arrive at this shipper my pallet was there and ready to load I was lucky I didn't have to wait 5 or 6 hours for it to get from Mexico to Laredo. So paper work took a min. But it's a hurry up wait kinda deal. Buy way to find and people good . So getter done peace
