Awful experience with receptionist. She was unhelpful and unsympathetic. Disappointed that the only way to get an appointment is through an online form - creates problems with accessibility. Good doctors, but bad experience with receptionist.
My wife and I are looked after really well at Bridge House it is a pleasure to be supported by all the helpful and positive team members who never fail to provide the medical help we need. Thanks to them all, we could not exist without them
We signed up with Bridge House when we moved to the area a few years ago. So glad we did. The practise is very well run and the doctors Hall and Bodalia have both been fantastic. Earlier this week, I submitted a triage form at about 07:30 and a few hours later I had an appointment for the same day.
Very efficient, friendly and professional.
I cannot rate Bridge House Medical Centre highly enough. They are brilliant. I feel very lucky to be registered with them.
