A horrible experience with Physical Therapist Josh. My spouse was discharged from the hospital after a hip replacement and 2 weeks after discharge and an order for PT a Josh calls to set up a visit. We told him it was too late that we had already seen his surgeon and was informed he no longer needed PT services and I called to cancel. Josh began to argue and raise his voice. I am in healthcare and could not believe how unprofessional he was.
