I had a VERY and uncomfortable experience at this car wash. During my visit last week, I felt that I was treated disrespectfully and not taken seriously as a customer. As an Asian woman, I experienced behavior and comments from the staff that felt inappropriate and degrading. Absolutely unacceptable experience. After the car wash service, I discovered a condom wrapper left inside my car, placed in my cup holder. I had emptied the cup holder before the service, so it clearly was not there beforehand. This is extremely unsanitary, sexually inappropriate, and honestly just disgusting to find in your own vehicle after a business has handled it. It made me feel very uncomfortable and disturbed. Very very poor service. Cleaning wasn’t even that great. Rude and dont care about your car.
