I’m very disappointed with my experience at this garage. I dropped off my car on Sunday night with a form listing three issues. I expected a status call on Monday, but none came. Each time I called, I was told the car wasn’t ready and that it would be ready the next day. On Wednesday, I called again and was told the car was finally ready. When I arrived, the bill was much higher than expected. Great customer service. My car overheated and they were quick to fix my car and give me back on the road. Also charge me a fair price and the communication was great thank you guys!
This is just a picture of my old 76 2002. The bridge garage tracked down a bolt that was coming loose in my alternator and they fixed some hydraulic fluid leaking. these are things that I was sure was broken, but I couldn’t figure out and all of my other mechanics couldn’t figure out either. Rodney and his team are generous and helpful. We bought a car and it needed a lot of work - Rodney and his team were efficient, kind, and helpful - and truly did go above and beyond to ensure we received out car as swiftly as possible. I am a bit of a ' damsel in distress' ( I don't understand cars and they intimidate me), but I never felt taken advantage of. Thank you Rodney and team.
