Made a deal on a great car with Joe at Carzby and had a good time coming up with a deal that worked for everyone! They helped me quite a bit during the process and I would recommend going there to check out a car and they will help you right along with anything you can think of. I felt comfortable the whole time during the buying process!
Never in my life have I been treated so poorly and as if I was ignorant. The vehicle was over priced and it was not in the condition that they claimed. Standing behind some third party inspection that wasn’t available to see “ because we don’t have to show you”. Told that they could wholesale it easier than me in the showroom with money in hand. Stating that they are overpriced because that’s what the owner wants. Well I will not be buying even bubble gum from these crooks. Please be wary of there deals
Saw a car pop up that I was interested in on CarFax. The price was listed as "Call for Price". Called twice a day for 4 days in a row with no answer, and the voicemail box being full. Also left a message on the website and through CarFax, neither of which got a reply. Similar review from one month ago, despite the fact that new cars are popping up on their website, and the one I was interested in disappeared.
My experience thus far is underwhelmed. I am looking for a specific make and model. They have 1 that meets my criteria. Unfortunately, it is listed as, "call for price." I filled out a web form after hours and called twice. No response. If they are that busy, then there are several actions that can be taken to remediate such a silly problem. Losing potential customers I would hope is not an acceptable byproduct.
